Growing Together.

Vision

Human-centered growth, through an ecosystem of co-creation.
World-surprising innovation, starts here.

What our group strives for is not merely business success. It is to nurture a human-centered environment where every individual has "shining eyes" and can feel genuine growth through their work.

Odd-e Japan's autonomous organizational culture, Pastoral Dog's supportive coaching approach, Gains Line's contribution to value realization, Ryeland's challenge for transformation, and Adaptiveness's sharing of organizational knowledge.

Through the collaboration, mutual learning, and inspiration among these diverse entities, we have formed an ecosystem where individual growth connects to innovation across the entire group.

From this dynamic environment, we are seriously pursuing the dream of "creating products from Japan that will surprise the world."

Your unique perspective and talent will enrich this ecosystem further and change the future and the world!

Message from the CEO

A continuously growing ecosystem.
You, toward becoming a future change-maker.

Our group is not merely a collection of companies. It is a living "ecosystem" where individual talents resonate with each other, grow together, and continue to generate innovation.

Here, diverse fields of challenge await you — from Odd-e Japan's autonomous organizational culture to Pastoral Dog's supportive coaching, Gains Line's value realization, Ryeland's transformation drive, and Adaptiveness's knowledge of organizational change.

At the core of what we do lies a deep trust in "people" and the wish to "increase the number of people with shining eyes."

That is why we encourage learning and nurture a culture where everyone can act proactively as an "autonomous leader." Community activities like SukuSuku-Scrum and LeSS' Morning extend these learning and growth opportunities beyond the company as well.

Why are we looking for new team members now?

Because the future we envision requires more diverse talents and perspectives. Challenging new business domains, global expansion, and above all, the mission to bring positive change to society as a whole — we need your strength to accelerate all of this.

Here, failure is a step toward learning. Challenge is an engine for growth. Will you join us in transforming yourself — and society — toward a better future?

Workplace

Here we introduce the values, environment, and systems of the Gains Line group.

Team Values

We approach our daily business activities with the following values at our core.

Challenge & Experimentation

Under the belief that "the future is something you create yourself," we boldly challenge new value creation without fear of failure.
Rather than maintaining the status quo, we always seek "better ways" — a culture that welcomes generating innovation through bold hypothesis testing.

Autonomy & Ownership

We deeply respect each individual thinking with their own will and acting proactively.
Regardless of position or experience, we aim for a flat, open environment where everyone holds ownership as a stakeholder in the business and can maximize their strengths (we also practice a managerless organizational structure).

Learning & Growth

We believe that "continuing to learn" is the source of growth for both individuals and the organization.
We encourage participation in internal and external study groups and community activities (SukuSuku-Scrum, Adaptiveness, etc.), valuing opportunities to acquire new knowledge and skills and grow by inspiring each other.

Co-creation & Collaboration

We believe that even large goals that cannot be achieved alone can be accomplished when diverse talents come together and openly share ideas.
We place importance on the "co-creation" process of engaging in respectful, constructive dialogue with clients and colleagues to create new value together.

Pursuit of Essence & Value Delivery

Not content with surface-level problem solving or short-term results, we are committed to discerning the essence of things and delivering what is truly valuable to clients and society.
It is our joy to contribute to realizing clients' "future of greater joy, achievement, and fulfillment" and their "tangible Gains."

Team Characteristics

"An open and dynamic laboratory where autonomous professionals inspire each other and co-create the future."

Team Atmosphere

Many members are highly intellectually curious and forward-thinking, with an open atmosphere where opinions are exchanged freely regardless of age or position.
Constructive suggestions flow daily, with a culture of respecting each other's expertise and naturally helping each other when needed.

Working Atmosphere

Work moves at speed while also allowing for deep discussions in pursuit of essence.
Individual focus and team collaboration are well-balanced, with the freedom to advance work at one's own discretion alongside psychological safety.

Management Style

Rather than top-down commands, our style maximizes respect for members' autonomy and ownership.
Leaders communicate clear vision and direction while focusing on creating an environment where members can thrive and supporting decision-making.

Team Behavioral Principles

"Individual 'passion,' 'trust' in colleagues, and moving toward a shared 'purpose.'"
While documented rules and systems are necessary for smooth organizational operation, the following behavioral principles are valued even more across the entire group.

Purpose-Driven

We always keep in mind and prioritize sharing "why are we doing this? (Why)".
Rules are tools for achieving goals — losing sight of the purpose would be putting the cart before the horse.

Trust & Transparency

We trust each other as professionals and keep information as open as possible to promote constructive discussion and rapid decision-making.
Rather than micromanagement, it's a culture of trusting and delegating based on each individual's judgment and expertise.

Autonomous Judgment & Action

We encourage each person to think "what is best for the group as a whole, and for our clients?" and to proactively judge and act with responsibility — even for things not written in any rulebook.

Respect & Dialogue

We show respect to people of every position and welcome diverse opinions and values.
When problems or challenges arise, we find solutions together through frank and constructive dialogue.

Proactive Trial & Error / Just do it!

Rather than waiting for a perfect plan, we value taking a small first step and learning from practice.
We view "failure as data and a learning opportunity," encouraging the act of challenge itself.

Work Style

We pursue an environment where each person can perform at their best, enhance creativity, and work in a fully human and fulfilling way.

How We Work

We plan, execute, and review/improve our action plans on a weekly basis.

Where We Work

Our basic approach is a hybrid way of working that flexibly combines remote and office work depending on job type, project characteristics, and team policies.
Odd-e Japan has implemented full-remote and full-flex arrangements, and across the group we promote flexible working arrangements that respect individual autonomy.

Working Hours

Many of our companies have implemented (or are considering) full flextime systems with no core hours.
This allows individuals to adjust their start and end times at their own discretion, working in line with their lifestyle and most productive hours.

Leave Policies

We have childcare leave, nursing care leave, and other systems in place to support employees who are working hard at parenting and caregiving.

Frequently Asked Questions
Please tell us about side jobs.

Yes, it is possible.
Based on commitment to your primary job, side work is permitted within the bounds of our group's rules on non-compete and information management — from a perspective of supporting personal growth and new challenges (subject to application and approval).
We look forward to the knowledge gained through diverse experiences positively influencing your main work as well.

What is the average age?

Across the group, members ranging from their early 20s to their 50s and beyond are active, each leveraging their own expertise.
In IT/consulting companies, members in their 30s to early 40s often play central roles, while in the food and beverage business (Ryeland), the energy of members in their 20s is very much alive.
We value "the free ideas of young staff," and there are many opportunities for motivated and capable people regardless of age.

What is the gender ratio?

It varies by company and role, but as a group we place great importance on diversity and inclusion, working to create a workplace where everyone can perform at their best regardless of gender.
The number of female members active as IT engineers, consultants, and in management positions is growing year by year.

Please tell us about the onboarding process after joining.

After joining, we first conduct an orientation to deepen your understanding of the philosophy, business content, and organizational culture of the group and your assigned company.
After that, OJT in your assigned team is the main approach, but we also have mentoring by senior staff and training programs as needed.
Our group particularly values "learning from practice" and "autonomous learning" — it's an environment where you can challenge responsible work from early on while growing with support from those around you.
We also maintain documents and a knowledge base for information sharing.

What kind of work will I be given after joining?

We fully respect your past experience, skills, and the motivation of "I want to challenge myself with this."
For mid-career hires, you will often start with a project or role where your past experience can be directly applied.
Even for recent graduates or those with little experience, you will first get involved through specific tasks and small-scale projects under careful guidance from senior staff, gradually expanding your scope of responsibility.
Common to all is team-wide support to accumulate "small successes" as quickly as possible, building confidence to move to the next step.
For those with motivation, we provide opportunities to actively challenge new areas regardless of seniority or experience.

  • The answers in the FAQ reflect the general tendencies and thinking of the group as a whole. Specific details regarding systems, figures, and onboarding may vary by company, role, and timing — please feel free to ask and confirm during the selection process.
